What does it cost?

One-off visits cost $50 between 7 am and 9 pm 7 days (Mon-Sun). Membership is available for $29/month when you need regular treatments, prescriptions and referrals.

How do visits work in Well Revolution?

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is needed with Well Revolution. Start your visit with the doctor at any time.

Do I need to register or create an account?

No. Registration is not currently required, but certain information is needed for your visit with the primary care provider. See our privacy policy for what information we collect and how it is used.

Where is Well Revolution available?

Well Revolution is available in all 50 states, plus Washington D.C.

Can I use Well Revolution for my child?

Well Revolution is available for use by children, but the visit for all people under the age of 18 must be performed by the person’s parent or legal guardian.

Is Well Revolution safe?

When you use Well Revolution, you are trusting us and your doctor with your information. We take your privacy seriously. Our services are subject to all healthcare and privacy laws and regulations in the United States. All doctors on Well Revolution are professional, qualified and licensed in the United States. Our strict privacy policies and data protection methods are designed to keep your information safe and secure.

What's included with my visit?

A consultation with a Well Revolution doctor. The doctor will decide on what care is appropriate for you.

Can I use my health insurance for my visit?

Well Revolution doesn't accept health insurance for visits. You can submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement, but we can’t guarantee they’ll reimburse you for your chat visit.

If you normally use insurance to pay for your medications, you can do that with medications prescribed through all Well Revolution services. Please talk with your pharmacy directly about insurance coverage. The cost of medication isn’t included in the cost of your visit.

How do prescriptions work?

The doctor creates and sends paperless prescriptions for you. They will send your prescription to your favourite or nearest pharmacy for the most convenient pick-up location, or you can choose home delivery.

Free Home Delivery: Prescriptions can be sent to our authorized Care Locations for convenient, affordable and free home delivery - with or without insurance.

‍Pick up: Your out-of-pocket medication costs will depend on your insurance and where you decide to get your prescription filled.

* In some cases, a Well Revolution provider may recommend alternative care options, or the Well Revolution Care Location may be able to provide the services you need.

When will I be charged for my visit?

Any charges are made at the end of your visit.

When your visit starts, a pre-authorization for the visit fee is made against your payment card.

When your visit is completed, the provider will close the chat and your payment card will be billed for the cost of the visit.

If a completed visit is not provided, your payment card is not charged.

Can I get a certificate for time off work?

Yes, Well Revolution doctors can issue certificates for time off work. The doctor will decide if it is appropriate for you.

Who can use Well Revolution?

Well Revolution is open to everyone in the United States who are 18 years or older. There are no monthly fees. Pay only after a visit with the doctor.

Who are the providers on Well Revolution?

All Well Revolution providers are qualified and licensed MDs, DOs, and PA-Cs. They can help with many common medical conditions. Use a Well Revolution provider if you don’t have a primary care doctor, can’t get to one or when yours isn’t available.
