At Super Health Pharmacy Park Slope, we’re proud to support Free Healthcare Week. This initiative allows us to offer free online doctor visits to our community, making healthcare more accessible, convenient and affordable.
Working with Well Revolution gives us a way to help our communities dealing with declining access to primary care.
We believe in the power of community care and are excited to be part of this special week, providing valuable support and expertise to those who need it.

How Free Healthcare Week works
Free Healthcare Week
Well Revolution works with independent local pharmacies to expand access to affordable, convenient and timely care in local communities throughout the United States.
Care Locations hosted by community pharmacies enhance Well Revolution online doctor visits with in-person access to a wide range of professional care services.
From immunizations, vaccinations and screenings, through to long-term condition management tailored to local community needs, Care Locations by local community pharmacies make it easier for you to find, choose, afford, and engage with the care and experts you need to get and stay healthy.

What does it cost?
During Free Healthcare Week, consultations with a Well Revolution provider are free!
Outside of the event week, most consultations cost $49 between 7 am and 9 pm 7 days (Mon-Sun).

What are the conditions of Free Healthcare Week?
- Limit of one free visit per person
- Consultation limited to one medical issue or symptom
- Available daily from 7am to 9pm during the event week
- For non-urgent, non-emergency medical concerns only

How do consults work in Well Revolution?
Start a private and secure chat with a Well Revolution provider from your phone or desktop on the free visit page.
Look for the "Start Visit" button to open the secure messenger. Your visit with provider uses encrypted live messaging.
You can send text, voice and video messages, share images, videos and documents, and have voice and video calls all from inside the chat.

Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is needed with Well Revolution. Start a private chat with a provider at any time.
Do I need to register or create an account?
No. Registration is not currently required, but certain information is needed for your consultation with the primary care provider. See our privacy policy for what information we collect and how it is used.
Where is Well Revolution available?
Well Revolution is available in all 50 states, plus Washington D.C.
Can I use Well Revolution for my child?
Well Revolution is available for use by children, but the consultation for all people under the age of 18 must be performed by the person’s parent or legal guardian.
What's included with my consult?
A consultation with a Well Revolution doctor or Advanced Practice Provider. Your provider will decide on what care is appropriate for you.
Prescriptions can be provided during a consult, but the cost of any prescribed medications is not included.
Why do I need to visit the pharmacy to get a free visit?
Free Healthcare Week is hosted by authorized Well Revolution Care locations to serve their local communities. To keep the event focused on people who live or work near the Care Location, we require an in-person visit to the pharmacy to access the code for a free visit. This helps ensure the event benefits those it was designed to support.
How do prescriptions work?
The provider creates and sends paperless prescriptions for you.
They will send your prescription to your favourite or nearest pharmacy for the most convenient pick-up location, or you can choose home delivery.
Your out-of-pocket medication costs will depend on your insurance and where you decide to get your prescription filled.

* In some cases, a Well Revolution provider may recommend alternative care options, or the Well Revolution Care Location may be able to provide the services you need.
Can I get a certificate for time off work?
Yes, Well Revolution providers can issue certificates for time off work during a consultation in the app. The provider will decide if it is appropriate for you.
Who can use Well Revolution?
Well Revolution is open to everyone in the United States who are 18 years or older. There are no monthly fees.
Who are the providers on Well Revolution?
All Well Revolution providers are qualified and licensed MDs, DOs, and PA-Cs. They can help with many common medical conditions. Use a Well Revolution provider if you don’t have a primary care doctor, can’t get to one or when yours isn’t available.

Our services are subject to all healthcare and privacy laws and regulations in the United States. All providers on Well Revolution are professional, qualified and licensed in the United States.
