Dr. Steven Winiarski is a family medicine doctor. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Dr. Winiarski did his undergraduate training at Emory University and completed medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is both a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has been involved in telemedicine for over a decade and specializes in treatment of challenging lipid disorders. His special interest is optimizing health and longevity by minimizing the risk of cardiovascular disease using lifestyle, diet, natural and pharmaceutical treatments.
In his free time, he practices what he preaches, participating in endurance sports such as masters swimming, running and biking as well as weight lifting, yoga, pilates and, most challenging, trying to keep ups with his two young daughters.
