Powerhouse Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy founded on the principle of offering affordable medications, not just to patients with prescription drug coverage, but to cash-pay patients as well. Years of experience in retail pharmacy prior to opening Powerhouse Pharmacy taught its founder, Kumud, and Pharmacy Manager, Neha, that the standard retail model was not providing the level of service and low-cost options patients desire. They recognized that volume-based pricing with very low markup and rewarding cash-pay patients with deep discounts would allow them to have more freedom to offer patients the affordable medications they need and the service they deserve.
