DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We currently offer tracked overnight courier delivery with Courier Post, New Zealand wide. Shipping is free on all Well Revolution orders unless otherwise specified on an individual product.
Orders are shipped on business days with multiple collection times from our fulfilment centre throughout the day. Orders received prior to 3pm on a business day will usually be included within that day's delivery.
Delivery is targeted next-day. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery of your order during periods of high demand (such as the Christmas period) or to rural addresses in New Zealand as shipping times can vary.
Delivery time frames are from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier.
A signature is required on delivery for New Zealand orders unless you specify otherwise in the delivery notes field during checkout.
If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
PO BOX DELIVERY
Our courier (Courier Post) can provide delivery to post office boxes in New Zealand.
If for any reason you would prefer to have your order shipped to an address that is not yours, we offer a service that ships your order to a pickup location nearest to you.
We offer 2 options.
1. We can courier your order to your nearest NZ Post Shop.

When ordering, enter your shipping information including your Name and Telephone number with:
C/O NZ Post Shop, [then provide the address of the NZ Post Shop of your choice].
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification from us with tracking information. When your order shows as delivered, you can visit the NZ Post Shop during business hours to collect your order. You will need to show identification that matches the delivery name.
2. Parcel Collect
If you have signed up with NZ Post's Parcel Collect service, you can also use your Parcel Collect address during checkout. You can sign up for Parcel Collect here >
If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order for deliveries within New Zealand.
We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider, or a replacement order will be sent to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Well Revolution is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. We are happy to accept returns or provide a refund if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product or service you have purchased from us, provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return (excluded products are detailed below).
HOW TO RETURN
Please email us at email@example.com Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to arrange your return. We will reply within 24 hours of receiving your email, however we do target 1-hour responses during business hours.
To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return.
We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to us. A return address will be advised by email.
We will discuss sending a replacement product or refunding the purchase price to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Well Revolution will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
Opened items, or items sold on markdown or clearance, cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction.
